@Jeremy Baker that's more reasonable! they have turbo kits available for the 2009+ ranger diesel. I was more or so bashing a company that states they are diesel builders, but realistically they are a clothing company that just gives away diesel trucks.

Build a big "X" behind the seats. Floor to roof. Wouldn't hurt to put one in the roof, and between the C pillars too. You want bars to end at a node so the load can be transferred. The current roof bar doesn't meet any intersections; it's not doing much in an impact. If you're doing intrusion bars, make a V in the roof that starts together at the top of the intrusion bars and spreads to meet the B pillars. I know looks matter, but at that HP level yous need serious protection.

For cool factor 2j definitely bad ass. Room factor you might as well make it a arm rest. Could’ve gotten same power out of a Evo 4g63. 1600+ hp completely doable.
I agree on both fronts. Just know 4g is a stout engine. Personally owned a 600hp Evo 8.
Can make big power out of anything with enough money. 2j can be fairly reliable at 1000.

If that coupler that hooks straight to the diff' doesn't come with a boot to cover it to keep sand and stuff out of that main gear, I'd make one. I know the one end is sealed, but that gear that slides into the yoke that hooks to diff' is going to open to the elements, and it seems to me that over time it would wear or make noise if it gets sand/mud in it.
How many miles is alot for a non turbo rzr xp1000?? I'm looking at buying a used one but I dont want one that's already half dead

I highly recommend a pretty sturdy firewall from harness bar to floor. You wouldn’t want a rod blowing through the block and only having that 1/32 aluminum of the Kirkey to save you

I've got warm fuzzies all over.... I think it will be the same caliber as a sand limo , mabey less weight but close to the same power level. The power to weight ratio will be insane, as long as it can hookup... You guys are awesome
